As foundation models and other large AI systems continue to scale, the field faces a growing set of methodological and computational challenges — from efficient training strategies and system-level constraints to reproducibility, performance optimisation, and responsible use of compute resources. This workshop will provide a dedicated space to discuss these challenges and explore emerging approaches that advance HPC-AI knowledge across Europe.
