– You must have a valid EuroHPC Allocation Grant Number that starts with EHPC. We will reject support requests for national grants.
– MINERVA does not provide allocations – we only provide support for existing EuroHPC allocations.
– MINERVA support is focused on high-level sustained support.
– For project and account on-boarding or small software issues, please contact your EuroHPC site directly.
