This webinar, after a short introduction from the project coordinator CINECA, will showcase the core services offered by the MINERVA European Support Center, with a focus on how AI researchers and developers can benefit from the support provided under Work Package 2 (WP2 – MINERVA Services) and Work Package 3 (WP3 – Technical Support to Service Delivery).

MINERVA Services are designed to deliver user-facing AI benefits, helping users port, adapt, scale, and optimize large-scale AI workflows—especially those involving open foundation models—on cutting-edge supercomputing resources.

MINERVA Technical Support team develops the technical infrastructure that powers services. This includes provisioning tools, performance benchmarking, and best practice guidelines. It also manages the unified ticketing system that connects users to the right support across the MINERVA network and its European partners.
